Road closures and detours around Mladinsko Theatre
Many roads in Ljubljana will be closed on Wednesday, 15 June, due to the preparation of the cycling parade.
The section of Dunajska cesta between Liberation Front Square and Linhartova cesta will be closed at 5 pm. The detour will be marked. Other roads on which the route will run will be closed approximately 10 minutes before the start and will be opened immediately after the last accompanying vehicle. The route of the cycling parade will run on the following streets: Dunajska, Linhartova, Pokopališka, Šmartinska, Vilharjeva, Tivolska, Bleiweisova, Aškerčeva, Zoisova, Roška, Poljanska, Kopitarjeva, Resljeva, Komenskega, Dalmatinova, Slovenska, Grudnovo nabrežje, Prule, Prijateljeva, Privoz and Congress Square.
The stations of the BicikeLJ self-service system will also be closed, so bike rental will not be possible. City buses will run on alternative routes, information on detours will be published on the official website of the City of Ljubljana.
